The Tide Pool Vortex is like diving into a tropical reef. Each coral and anemone component is made individually then sliced and polished before being inserted into the vortex of the marble. Murrine making is a laborious process that produces little "pictures in glass". Kevin was the first to make murrini in borosilicate and is a master.
